As
many of you know, the last two years at California haven't
been my two best. But we've turned that around and like
I said yesterday, that was a fun race.
It feels so good to be running up front and competing
for the win. It feels even better to know that everyone
on the team is working as hard as they can to win. That
is the reason we finished second yesterday.
The car wasn't doing what we wanted to do at all until
yesterday. We didn't qualify as good as we would have
liked and we didn't practice like we wanted. But, after
putting all our heads together and focusing on what kind
of changes we needed, we made the car much better and
finished second.
It was tight racing all day long. It was fun running 2
and 3 three wide through the turns. I hope it was an exciting
race for the fans because it was definitely one for the
drivers.
The last two races have been really good for us. We've
got a little momentum going and we are going to do our
best to keep it going.
