Rain washed out all of Thursday’s activities at the Lowe’s Motor Speedway (LMS), including the evening qualifying session. This means the field will be lined up based on the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series rule book, which utilizes the 2008 owner points standings.

Two-time LMS winner, Bobby Labonte, will start the race from the 20th position. Chad McCumbee will make his first career Sprint Cup Series start at LMS by starting 41st.

Saturday night’s race will be televised live on ABC. It will be broadcast live on the Performance Racing Network (PRN) and Sirius Channel 128. Pre-race coverage is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM.
