"We needed a caution to come in and make some adjustments and it just did not come in time. When we were able to pit, Dan (Stillman, crew chief) and the guys made some adjustments which definitely helped the car. We were able to make some more changes throughout the event which really helped us to move forward." The changing weather conditions changed the track from practice and qualifying. "Early on the track was slippery. As it cooled off and after the rain at the end, the track picked up grip. The set-up we had on the car for the race had us a little too tight. Once we were able to free it up, the car came to me. We had a good piece at the end, just ran out of laps."
